We work with established travel suppliers to help clients arrange travel that aligns with their preferences and needs.

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Agents. In this role, you will assist with researching travel options, coordinating reservations, communicating with suppliers, and helping ensure travel arrangements are accurate and organized. This position is performed remotely using online tools and communication platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    >Research travel options based on client requests and preferences
    >Assist with coordinating reservations for accommodations, cruises, tours, transportation, and vacation packages
    >Communicate with travel suppliers regarding availability, reservation details, and travel information
    >Provide general destination and travel-related information to clients
    >Respond to inquiries through email, phone, and online communication platforms
    >Maintain accurate records and documentation related to travel arrangements
    >Review reservation details for accuracy and assist with travel-related administrative tasks
    >Follow established company procedures and service standards

    Qualifications:

    >Strong communication and customer service skills
    >Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
    >Attention to detail and accuracy
    >Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
    >Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
    >Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in your location
    >Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, or travel is helpful but not required
