Job Requirements
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution
Certifications Requirements:
- Valid Nursys/State Nursing License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in an acute care setting
- Prior experience in hospital, hospice, clinic, or home health environments
- Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills and patient flow management
Other Requirements:
- Must possess a valid drivers license and be able to provide necessary documentation
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work multiple shifts and adapt to varying schedules

Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to oncology patients, administering treatments, medications, and therapies as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with facility standards.
- Monitor patients vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition, escalating concerns when necessary.
- Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment plans, and post-discharge care to support recovery and well-being.
