    Description

    Travel/Contract RN for labor and delivery in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Provide high-quality nursing care for labor and delivery patients during a 13-week assignment. Deliver critical support to multidisciplinary teams while maintaining compliance with hospital standards.
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide high-quality labor and delivery nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital protocols and standards.
    • Assess patient conditions promptly, document findings accurately, and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
    • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed, maintaining patient safety at all times.
    • Collaborate with physicians, support staff, and patients to develop and implement individualized care plans.
    • Maintain compliance with all licensing, certification, and hospital policies during the assignment.

      Qualifications:

      • Valid RN license issued by the state of North Carolina.
      • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
      • Minimum of 1 year of recent labor and delivery experience as a registered nurse.
      • Ability to work flexible shifts.
      • Excellent communication skills.
      • Strong attention to detail.

        Preferred Skills:

        • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
