Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of approved CNA training program
  • Certifications Requirements: Valid CNA license in the state of Minnesota
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a long-term care setting
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work both PM and NOC shifts; strong communication skills; physical ability to perform caregiving duties; reliable transportation; good temperament with residents

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate bedside care to residents in a long-term care setting, ensuring their hygiene, nutrition, and comfort are maintained
  • Document resident status and care provided accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
  • Assist with daily activities such as mobility, dressing, and feeding, following care plans and protocols
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive resident care
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment, adhering to facility policies and infection control standards
