Job Requirements
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program.
Certifications Requirements:
- Current RN license in North Carolina.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience.
- Proven ability to manage critical care patients in a hospital setting.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work multiple shifts including 3-12 hour schedules.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill ICU patients in a hospital setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
