Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) – Ozark, AL
13-Week Contract | Up to $2,100 Weekly

Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to join a respected healthcare facility in Ozark, Alabama. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ER nurse to take on a rewarding travel contract while enjoying the southern charm and outdoor lifestyle Ozark has to offer.

Position Overview:
As a Travel ED RN, you will provide high-quality emergency care to patients experiencing acute illnesses and injuries. You’ll play a critical role in stabilizing patients, coordinating with physicians, and ensuring timely and effective care in a fast-paced environment.
Assignment Details:
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Compensation: Up to $2,100 per week (based on experience)
• Shift Schedule: Variable shifts depending on facility needs
• Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Rotation as scheduled
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide skilled nursing care to patients with emergency medical conditions
• Assess, monitor, and document patient status, interventions, and progress
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members for comprehensive care
• Utilize critical thinking to respond quickly in urgent situations
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with facility protocols

Education and Certification Requirements:
• Active RN License (Alabama or Compact State)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – preferred
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) – preferred
• Minimum Experience: 2+ years of Emergency Department experience
