The Concrete Foreman leads the crew and executes commercial concrete work according to the plan while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized jobsite. This role ensures daily work is completed accurately, efficiently, and professionally, with direct, honest communication to the Superintendent and alignment with company Core Values. The Foreman is the front-line leader responsible for people, production, cleanliness, and reporting, and for developing the next generation of company craftsmen and leaders.
