- Serve as a main point of contact for clients, handling requests and modifications
- Provide expert recommendations based on client needs and travel goals
- Stay informed on travel promotions, destination trends, and requirements

- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous travel, hospitality, or concierge experience is a plus (not required)
