You'll travel with an Empire crew to commercial projects across the country, helping install fencing, railing, gates, access control systems, and more.
You'll have the opportunity to learn how to:
You'll support your crew with daily tasks, keep your work area clean and organized, maintain equipment, and do whatever is needed to help the team finish the project the right way.

You will need:
Construction or landscaping experience is helpful, but your attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn matter just as much.
This position gives you the opportunity to see different parts of the country while building skills you can carry throughout your career.
When you're traveling for Empire:
We pay for your hotel.
You receive $50 per day in per diem on top of your regular wages.
And while you're traveling, you're building real commercial construction experience instead of standing still in another dead-end job.
