Bestica is seeking a travel nurse RN Research / Clinical Research for a travel nursing job in Fullerton, California.
Job Description & Requirements

Required Qualifications
- Active California RN license or applicable qualifying license in hand at submission.
- BLS certification.
- At least 2 years of clinical research experience is preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience required; 3+ years of subspecialty nursing experience in an acute-care or ambulatory setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of clinical research protocols, patient education, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to perform 12-lead EKGs and train others in obtaining them.
- Knowledge of laboratory values, pulse oximetry, and human-subject research protections.
Preferred Experience
- Rheumatology clinical trials — highly preferred.
- Oncology, inpatient studies, or CAR-T clinical research.
- Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III clinical trials.
- Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) experience or CCRC certification.
- Experience with IDX, Meditech, NextGen, or PACS.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
