Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, schedules, and vacation objectives
• Explore destination options, accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and sightseeing opportunities
• Recommend travel solutions that align with each client's interests and spending goals
• Coordinate reservations and organize travel components using approved booking platforms
• Provide clients with confirmations, itineraries, travel documents, and important trip reminders
• Respond to client questions and assist with itinerary changes or travel-related requests
• Review reservation information to help ensure bookings are accurate and complete
• Track upcoming departures and help clients prepare for their travel experience
• Maintain organized records of client communications, reservations, and trip details
• Utilize supplier resources and internal systems to deliver efficient client support
• Participate in ongoing education, destination updates, and professional training opportunities
