Shift times are 10 hours. Weekly working hours are 40, except for orientation week. Call requirement includes reporting within 30 minutes. Weekend requirement is every other weekend. Floating is a requirement of contingent staff. Floating may occur pre-shift or mid-shift, and several times during a shift. Contingent staffers are expected to float to areas of need. Candidates may be downstaffed or flexed for 4-hour increments. Navy blue scrubs are required. Offers must be responded to within 48 hours. Time off will not be added or altered once an offer is accepted.
