Call range is 30 minutes, with 2 CVOR Certified Surgical Technicians, First Assistant, and 2 CVOR RNs on call daily, weekends, and holidays. First-time travelers are not accepted; prior travel experience is necessary. Local candidates are accepted at a lower rate. Skills required include abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, angioplasty/stenting, aortic aneurysm repair, and various other cardiac and vascular procedures. Candidates should have experience in hybrid operating rooms and laparoscopic-assisted cases. At least 8 hours of orientation is required. Candidates must have active BLS and ACLS certifications. Experience with the Epic charting system is preferred. Compliance with specific institutional requirements is necessary.
