Must-Have: - Ability to float within scope of practice. - Availability for on-call duty, required two days per week and every other weekend. - Compliance with flu vaccine requirement; declinations not accepted. - Medical and religious exemptions considered on a case-by-case basis. Description: The candidate must have experience as a Cardiovascular Scrub Tech with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh heart experience is a must. The shifts will be 8 hours long, and on-call duty is required. On-call duty will be two days a week and every other weekend. Candidates must hold current AHA BLS certification and either NCCT or AST certification. Floating to other areas within scope of practice is required. A flu vaccine is mandatory, with no exceptions for declinations. Medical and religious exemptions will be approved on a case-by-case basis. This position requires adherence to a schedule of 36/48 hours for a two-week pay period. Ratios may fluctuate based on census and other factors. The assignment will require experience across a wide range of surgical procedures.
