Description: The CVOR Tech will work in the operating room. The shift is days, requiring the individual to be present Monday through Friday with varied off days. On-call duty is required. The cases dealt with will include adults, adolescents, and geriatrics, focusing on general and neuro surgery. Preferred cases will focus on cardiovascular procedures. The individual will have scrub experience. Candidates must be nicotine-free, as there is a strict no-tobacco policy. A positive nicotine screen will lead to automatic cancellation. First-timers are not accepted for this position. The clinician will not float to sister facilities. Block scheduling is an option if needed. Weekend work is required. Two supervisor references are needed for consideration. Candidates must be willing to float within the facility according to practice scope. Former employees must have been separated from the facility for at least one year.
