We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Surgical Technologist (CST) to join a hospital in Bozeman, MT. In this role, you will work alongside skilled surgeons and nursing staff to ensure the operating room environment meets the highest standards of patient safety and surgical efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize the sterile field, surgical instruments, and equipment prior to each procedure
• Scrub in and provide direct assistance to the surgical team during a variety of operative procedures
• Pass instruments, sutures, and supplies to the surgeon and surgical team in an accurate and timely manner
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team throughout each procedure to maintain workflow and patient safety
• Perform counts of sponges, sharps, and instruments before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Assist with patient positioning, prepping, and draping in accordance with facility protocols
• Maintain sterile technique and immediately report any breaks in sterility to the circulating nurse

Pay range: $2,400 to $2,543 per week.

Travel CST package: up to $2,543/week (40 hours) = $20/hour taxable + up to $1,743/week in travel reimbursements if eligible under IRS tax-home and expense rules.

Local package: $60/hour fully taxable ($2,400/week for 40 hours).

Overtime paid in accordance with applicable wage-and-hour laws and the assignment agreement. Actual compensation varies based on hours worked, assignment terms and travel reimbursement eligibility.
