The facility has 13 operating rooms plus one procedure/cysto room. On average, the team performs 45 cases per day. Patient types and common diagnoses include orthopedic, spinal, general, and other surgical specialties. Orthopedic cases include total hip, knee, and shoulder arthroplasties, as well as joint arthroscopies. Spine cases involve cervical and lumbar fusions and microdiscectomies. General cases cover appendectomies, hernia repairs, colon resections, and more. CVOR cases focus on cardiothoracic surgeries, including CABG and valve replacements. Vascular cases consist of bypasses, angioplasties, and other interventions. Thoracic procedures include VATS and robotic resections. Required skills include the ability to scrub for various surgical cases. Candidates must have experience with CABG, TAVR, vascular, and thoracic cases. Support staff is available for room turnovers and patient positioning. Technological equipment in the department includes EMR systems and monitoring devices. Candidates should be prepared to work collaboratively with the surgical team.
