Banner – North Colorado Medical Center is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for its Inpatient Operating Room. The ideal candidate will have recent Operating Room experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced surgical environment.

The Surgical Tech will assist the surgical team with procedures, maintain sterile technique, prepare instruments and supplies, and support safe and efficient patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgical teams during procedures in the Operating Room.
• Prepare and maintain sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment.
• Maintain sterile technique throughout surgical procedures.
• Anticipate the needs of surgeons and the surgical team.
• Ensure appropriate instruments and supplies are available for procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe operating environment.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, anesthesia staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Float to similar units or sister facilities when required.
• Participate in call coverage and rotating days off.
• Complete all required facility learning modules before the start of the assignment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
