We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to join a hospital in Havre, MT and contribute to a dedicated surgical team committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the sterile field before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Select, set up, and pass surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment to the surgical team
• Anticipate the needs of the surgeon throughout operative procedures to ensure efficient workflow
• Perform accurate instrument, sponge, and sharps counts in coordination with the circulating nurse
• Assist with patient positioning, draping, and skin preparation prior to incision
• Maintain knowledge of surgical procedures across multiple service lines including general, orthopedic, and laparoscopic surgery
• Adhere to all infection control standards and operating room safety protocols

Pay range: $1,800 to $1,904 per week.

Travel CST package: up to $1,904/week (40 hours) = $18/hour taxable + up to $1,184/week in travel reimbursements if eligible under IRS tax-home and expense rules.

Local package: $45/hour fully taxable ($1,800/week for 40 hours).

Overtime paid in accordance with applicable wage-and-hour laws and the assignment agreement. Actual compensation varies based on hours worked, assignment terms and travel reimbursement eligibility.
