Description: This position involves working in a high-acuity cardiovascular operating room setting. Successful candidates will be part of a scheduled call rotation. Competencies must be maintained for cardiovascular surgical procedures. Candidates must be able to work independently. The typical schedule includes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Some Thursday call coverage is required, along with a monthly call rotation of approximately 10-12 on-call days. Weekend call is rotated among team members. Candidates must be able to report within the established call-back response time. This role requires knowledge of cardiovascular surgical instrumentation and specialty cardiovascular equipment.
