Care Career is seeking a travel Certified Surgical Technologist for a travel job in Tacoma, Washington.
Job Description & Requirements
- Specialty: Certified Surgical Technologist

- Shift: 8 hours, days
- Employment Type: Travel
Shift: 5x8 Hour Day Shift (Approx. 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM)
Minimum Requirements
- Active Washington State Surgical Technologist license (or proof that the application was submitted at least 6 weeks ago)
- CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of high-level acute OR experience (Adult and/or Pediatric OR)
- First-time travelers accepted only with 5+ years of OR experience
- Experience scrubbing a wide variety of surgical cases, including:
- General Surgery
- Orthopedics
- Neurosurgery
- Spine
- Urology
- ENT
- Oncology
- Pediatric Trauma
- Epic EMR experience
- Willingness to float to PICU/NICU as needed
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
