Collects, Decontaminates, stores, and distributes all reusable supplies and patient care equipment. May function responsibly as a scrubbed member of the surgical team in anticipating the needs of the surgeon, passing sterile instruments and maintaining standards of care in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center and the Department of Surgery.

Facility Requirements:

• Must have recent Surg Tech experience in a hospital setting
• Must have BLS certifications; must be attached to submission packet (Must be through the American Heart Association)
• Must have NBSTSA, CRCSt or CSPDT certification, must be attached to resume
• Shifts will be Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm or 8am-4:30pm, shifts will depend on if they are in decontam or not for the week
• Weekends will depend on if vendors cannot bring trays in on Friday before we leave, but it would be rotated with 2 other people. Does not happen often
