As a vital member of the operating room team, you will assist surgeons by maintaining sterile technique, preparing surgical instruments, and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety. Responsibilities include assisting with gowning and gloving, maintaining an organized operative field, and ensuring effective turnover between cases. Your expertise in suturing, retracting, suctioning, and instrument handling will be highly valued.
