Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Certified by the American Occupational Therapy Association as an occupational therapy assistant
• Current CPR certification
• Must have reliable transportation, current driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance
• Must be familiar with general computer use, including internet, e-mail, file navigation, and online HR and training systems

• Home visits with periodic office meetings
