    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide occupational therapy services to residents under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
    • Implement individualized treatment plans to improve residents' functional abilities and daily living skills
    • Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident care goals
    • Educate residents and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
    Required Qualifications
    • Active COTA license in the state of Arizona or eligibility to obtain one
    • Current certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
    • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or similar post-acute care setting
    • Ability to work day shift hours
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility environment
    • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills within an interdisciplinary care setting
