Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatment services to residents under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and any changes in condition in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident goals and overall well-being
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential
• Valid Massachusetts state licensure or eligibility to practice in MA
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills within a multidisciplinary environment
