Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and therapist direction
- Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and relevant clinical notes in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team regarding patient status and goals
Required Qualifications
- Active COTA licensure or OT licensure in the state of New Jersey
- Current certification in good standing with NBCOT
- Ability to fulfill expected 40 hours per week for the duration of the contract
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a similar clinical or rehabilitative setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
