    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide occupational therapy treatment services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
    • Deliver care to both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation residents
    • Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
    • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident goals and overall well-being
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license or certification required
    • Must meet all state of Maryland licensure requirements for OTA practice
    • Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule with a weekend rotation
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or short-term rehabilitation setting
    • Familiarity with documentation systems used in SNF environments
