Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Provide direct patient care to support functional recovery and rehabilitation goals
- Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
Required Qualifications
- Active COTA certification through NBCOT
- Active and unrestricted New Jersey state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
- Availability to work day shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a rehabilitation setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
