    Key Responsibilities
    • Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by a supervising Occupational Therapist
    • Provide direct patient care to support functional recovery and independence in daily activities
    • Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
    • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient outcomes
    • Maintain current COTA licensure and certification throughout the duration of the assignment
    Required Qualifications
    • Current NBCOT certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
    • Active New Jersey state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
    • Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract assignment
    • Expected 30 hours per week
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing environment
    • Strong documentation and communication skills
