    Contract | Travel | 12 Weeks | Days | Onsite | Expected 36 hours/week | Weekday shift: 7:00a–4:30p; Weekend shift: 7:30a–4:00p | No call requirements

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide occupational therapy assistant services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, including those recovering from neurological, orthopedic, cardiac, and debility-related conditions
    • Work with a diverse patient population including geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients (ages 13 and older)
    • Utilize advanced rehabilitation equipment including EKSO, InMotion UE Robotic, and body weight support systems
    • Document patient care and progress using UDS and Epic electronic health record systems
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team to support individualized patient recovery goals and functional improvement
    Required Qualifications
    • Active COTA licensure/certification required
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
    • Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience treating neurological, orthopedic, cardiac, and debility diagnoses
    • Familiarity with high-tech rehabilitation equipment and robotic therapy devices
    • Strong teamwork, communication, work ethic, and professional responsibility
