Contract | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patients' needs and goals
- Administer therapeutic exercises and activities to improve motor skills, coordination, and functional abilities
- Teach patients how to use adaptive equipment and assistive devices
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed in collaboration with the care team
Required Qualifications
- Active COTA licensure or certification in good standing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- FCC certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Experience with adaptive equipment and assistive device training
