Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assistant services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient functional goals
- Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Maintain a valid state or federal issued photo identification and wear a facility-issued photo badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
- Active COTA licensure or certification as required by the state of California
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including any day of the week (Sunday through Saturday)
- Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID upon arrival at the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a registry or contract staffing capacity
- Familiarity with documentation and compliance standards in a clinical setting
