Key Responsibilities
Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Provide direct patient care to support functional independence in daily living activities
Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient outcomes
Maintain compliance with applicable state, federal, and professional practice standards
Required Qualifications
Active Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license or eligibility to practice in the state of California
Current NBCOT certification (COTA) or eligibility
Ability to work day shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior clinical experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing setting
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
