Key Responsibilities- Implement therapy interventions in accordance with the supervising occupational therapist's plan of care
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with patient and family education related to therapy goals and functional independence
- Communicate patient status updates to the supervising occupational therapist
- Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
Required Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active state COTA license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Strong teamwork and patient care skills
