Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional abilities and quality of life
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Adhere to a 14-day notice policy and fulfill shift commitments within the contracted schedule
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license required
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required
- Ability to work AM shifts, 8-hour days, 5 days per week
- Must meet a 30-hour weekly guarantee commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a travel or contract therapy role
- Familiarity with SNF documentation and compliance standards
