Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct occupational therapy support to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans focused on patient rehabilitation and recovery
- Support patient well-being through therapeutic activities and interventions
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas COTA license or compact license equivalent recognized in Texas — required
- Minimum of 2 years of COTA experience — required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a Long Term Care setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
