Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Days | Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with established goals and clinical guidelines
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain a valid state or federal issued photo identification and wear a visible photo badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
- Current COTA certification (NBCOT) required
- Active Massachusetts state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant required
- Must present valid state or federal issued identification upon arrival at the facility
- Ability to fulfill a 36-hour weekly guarantee across a Monday–Friday schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
