Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Provide direct patient care and therapeutic interventions to support functional goals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Communicate effectively with the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team regarding patient status and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active COTA licensure in the state of Indiana
- Current NBCOT certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Ability to fulfill a 35-hour weekly guarantee throughout the contract period
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
- Experience working within an interdisciplinary therapy team
