    Key Responsibilities
    • Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
    • Provide direct patient care and therapeutic interventions to support functional goals
    • Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
    • Communicate effectively with the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team regarding patient status and outcomes
    Required Qualifications
    • Active COTA licensure in the state of Indiana
    • Current NBCOT certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
    • Ability to fulfill a 35-hour weekly guarantee throughout the contract period
    • Strong communication and documentation skills
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
    • Experience working within an interdisciplinary therapy team
