Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Provide direct patient care and therapeutic interventions to support functional independence
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient goals and care coordination

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• NBCOT certification (COTA) required or eligibility to sit for the exam
• Ability to work day shift hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior clinical experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with documentation and electronic health record systems
