Key Responsibilities

• Implement therapy interventions in accordance with the supervising Occupational Therapist's plan of care
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with patient and family education throughout the course of treatment
• Communicate patient status and updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active state COTA license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Strong teamwork and patient care skills
