    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide occupational therapy treatment services to residents under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
    • Deliver rehabilitative care across long-term care, assisted living, and respite care populations
    • Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support individualized resident goals
    • Participate in care planning meetings and contribute to the overall rehabilitation program
    Required Qualifications
    • Active OTA licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of New Hampshire
    • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
    • Ability to work a Monday-Friday daytime schedule with no weekend rotation
    • Strong communication and documentation skills
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living setting
    • Experience working with geriatric populations
    • Familiarity with rehabilitation services in a senior living environment
