Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy or occupational therapy assistant services to patients in accordance with the facility's care standards
• Evaluate and treat patients to improve functional abilities and daily living skills
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Adhere to all facility policies, including identification and badging requirements at all times while on-site

Required Qualifications

• Active and valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Washington State
• Current and valid state or federal issued photo identification
• Ability to wear a visible photo badge at all times while on-site
• Ability to commit to a 13-week contract engagement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a registry or travel therapy setting
• Strong communication and documentation skills in a clinical environment
