Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Document patient progress and treatment notes utilizing the Rehab Optima (NetHealth) system
Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
Required Qualifications
Active California COTA license in good standing
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
Proficiency with Rehab Optima (NetHealth) documentation system
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior contract or travel therapy experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills within a multidisciplinary rehab environment
