Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Document patient progress and treatment plans using the Rehab Optima (NetHealth) electronic documentation system
- Implement individualized treatment programs to support residents' functional independence and rehabilitation goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active California COTA license required
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required
- Proficiency with Rehab Optima (NetHealth) computer system required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a long-term care or post-acute rehabilitation environment
- Strong documentation and time management skills in a fast-paced rehab setting
