    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide occupational therapy treatment services to residents under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
    • Implement individualized treatment plans to support residents' functional independence and quality of life
    • Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
    • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
    Required Qualifications
    • Current COTA certification through NBCOT
    • Active and unrestricted Ohio state license or eligibility to obtain one
    • Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) environment
    • Familiarity with Medicare documentation and compliance standards
