Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist in evaluating patient functional abilities and adapting treatment approaches as needed
- Float to additional facility locations as operationally required
Required Qualifications
- Active COTA licensure in the state of New Jersey
- Current certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract assignment
- Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a similar clinical or rehabilitation setting
- Flexibility and willingness to float to alternate locations as needed
