Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatment services to residents in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans to support residents in achieving functional goals
• Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and clinical notes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive resident care
• Educate residents and family members on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

• Active COTA licensure in the state of Oregon or eligibility to obtain
• Current NBCOT certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract therapy experience
• Familiarity with SNF documentation and Medicare compliance requirements
