Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistant services to patients in a long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) setting under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans addressing functional goals related to activities of daily living, mobility, and rehabilitation
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions using facility EMR (Protouch)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery and discharge planning
• Float to a nearby affiliated facility as needed to support patient care continuity

Required Qualifications

• Active COTA licensure or certification in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Ability to float to a nearby affiliated location as operationally required
• Compliance with facility dress code (navy scrubs)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Acute care experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Protouch or similar EMR platforms
• Prior experience in an LTACH or similar complex care environment
