Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatment services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to support residents' functional independence and rehabilitation goals
- Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary therapy team to ensure coordinated, high-quality resident care
Required Qualifications
- Active COTA/OTA license or certification in good standing
- State licensure eligible or licensed in New Mexico
- Experience working in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a SNF or long-term care environment
- Familiarity with Medicare documentation and compliance requirements
